Required Documents for a Diplomatic Passport
Applicants for a diplomatic e-passport must submit the following documents to the Passport Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs:
- Identification document containing the Turkish Citizenship Number
- Proof of payment for the diplomatic e-passport booklet fee, deposited in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs account at Türkiye İş Bankası (Account: PDGY / e-PASAPORT HESABI: 4368 20318)
- Two biometric photos (taken within the last six months)
