• 2 biometric passport-sized photos (taken within the last 6 months).
• Hotel and flight reservations.
• Travel health insurance (will be arranged by us).
• Bank account statement, property title deed, vehicle registration, or documents summarizing your financial situation.
• For business trips, a fair ticket or a document proving your registration for the fair.
• If applicable, photocopies of import-export declarations to Austria.
• Copy of identity card.
• For tourist applications, all company documents must be stamped and signed.
• For tourist applications, a full-fledged population registry document is required.
• As consular payments are made in advance, visa fees must be sent along with the documents.
