Passengers traveling to Saudi Arabia must start their procedures at least 20 days before their trip. The processing time for your visa is 3 business days, and there is no express visa application. Passengers with an Israel visa or entry/exit stamp in their passport cannot obtain a visa to Saudi Arabia.
